The only food I consistently get excited about making a fuss over, through ups and downs, are tacos and burritos. It’s something wrapped up in working for Club Mexicana all these years, working every job at our locations, come rain, storm, sunshine, power cuts. When I worked on-site, I loved the prep, I loved serving great food to people and spotting regulars. I love the friends I made through working at those street food markets. Well, well, well! I definitely didn’t plan to be writing more blogs on Guac a few weeks ago. And then last Sunday, after hitting a low patch, I decided I’d share a Guac recipe from the archives each weekend over on Instagram. I received so many great messages from friends on there and people from Guac’s wider community who I have never met - thank you!
