On a recent warm evening, three of us met to photograph urbanscapes at the Cloverdale Recreation Centre and the adjacent Elements Casino and Racetrack. Hopefully three photographers “lurking” around the parking lots, peering over fences into the racetrack area, and photographing the building facades didn’t cause too much worry! Welcome to the July newsletter where I look forward to sharing all of the interesting photographic finds. Welcome to the March newsletter, thanks for your interest! This month has been another productive and creative one with photography outings to various areas of the south coast. I have explored some new areas of the Boundary Bay area, a quiet rural area in south Delta, and favourite haunts such as downtown New Westminster, The Shipyards, and the Annacis Channel of the Fraser River. Welcome to the December newsletter. It has certainly been a challenging year with the chaos and disruption from the pandemic. For the most part I remain optimistic as I believe resilience is the key to managing troubles.
