i just discovered some family members of mine are temporarily taking up a short residency in mexico city, so unbeknownst to them (yet!) i’ll be making a visit asap! i’ve already bookmarked a few restaurants there that i’d love to visit but i’ll be adding renowned Mexican chef Enrique Olvera’s tortilla factory Molino el Pujol to the love list. a casual tortilla shop in the tree-lined and trendy avenues of chic La Condesa, the very charming Molino el Pujol looks like it fits right in. and boy, did i get hungry writing this post (it’s tuesday so it may indeed require some tacos!). we’re going to ..read more
