Like peeling away the layers of an onion, life events reveal themselves, sometimes gradually and sometimes suddenly. This week life threw us a curveball we did not see coming. I have to remain cagey because all of the family does not yet know. Some of you know what’s going on, and I am grateful for the support. That said, while I still feel like I’m wading in quicksand, I leaned into my workouts for sanity and stress relief.
Here’s how the week in workouts went:

Well hello July! The months are flying by as per usual, and here we are entering the latter half of 2024. It’s time to sit down and catch up over a sip of something brewed.
