Mother’s Day mini sessions are back! Now that my girls are officially out of the baby stage, having the gift of spending time with newborns is well, a gift. There’s just nothing like those tiny hands and soft skin and loads of facial expressions that are all equally cute (even the crying ones). But my favorite thing to miss? The fresh out of a swaddle baby stretch, with hands held high above the head while little booties wriggle and feet curl up. Bonus points added if a yawn is thrown in too. Ah, Julia and Jeff.  Where do I begin?  These two have a warmth about them that literally feels like a hug just being in their presence.  And if you think I’m just trying to use flowery words here, I promise you’ll see their amazing hearts when you scroll on down.
