Anyone that has connected with me before knows how much I swear by journaling. It is the backbone of my daily wellness routine and something I encourage my clients to use as a way of decluttering their mind and connecting with their inner world. But it can be difficult to know what to do when you are not familiar with the process. Journal prompts are a great way to reset, find out what’s bothering you and also to reflect on how things are going. Here are some of my favourites. I will add to these as time goes on but for now enjoy. General Journal Prompts These prompts are great to pick from as ..read more

I had to make a video giving you all my first impressions and doing a wear test to see how this foundation wore. My skin is normal, slightly dehydrated for anyone curious. So, lets check out my IGTV video to see it in action and my thoughts on this after putting it to the test. Have a super day Anita xxx

I know this may seem like an impossible task at times but self confidence is one of those things that grows stronger the more we focus on and practice it. Before we start I do just want to make the clear distinction between self confidence and self worth. Confidence is more about believing in your ability and having faith in yourself. Whereas self esteem is more focused on how you see yourself on a whole. Confidence therefore can be improved by incorporating some simple yet effective tools and techniques. Where has that Friday Feeling gone Huh? These simple steps will surely help you to switch off from the day/week and move forward to enjoying a more fulfilling, less ‘groundhog’ like weekend or evening. We are all spending more time at home than before. Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of positives to gain from this (more on that later) but I’ve no doubt we have all struggled to know what day it is from time to time. For some of us our kitchen tables have become or work desk as well as the kids learning center while still maintaining its original purpose of the place where we eat (that’s gett ..read more

Let me ask you two simple questions? How do you start your day and do you feel your morning sets you up well for the day ahead? Ok, now, hold that thought? What if I told you that how you start your day can have an impact on your whole day and (without wanting to sound OTT) your whole life!! It can impact how you feel throughout the day, how you respond to stressers and how productive you are. It basically effects everything!! But, you don’t have time to spend hours prepping yourself for the day ahead right? Me neither and thats why I have spent what feels like an age trying to find exactly wh ..read more

Have you ever heard the saying, ‘What you give out, you get back’? For the most part I try to live my life based on that. I am always aware that the universe has a funny but VERY real way of rewarding us for the good we do and equally letting us know when we have done something less good.
