Hand-wrapping 101 for combat sports
The importance of hand wraps is a given in terms of the style you’re training in, as well as your personal approach to training. Youth Brazilian jiu-jitsu & Karate Year end wrap up
This Saturday we had the honor of hosting our end of year promotions and potluck @mississaugaelitemma!
The energy on the mats was palpable, as we had close to 50 young martial artists grace the mats for the year end event. Amongst the buzz, we were able to celebrate the hard work and dedication our students have to the martial arts by pinning a total of 23 new stripes on belts!
