A vintage resale store near me is having a huge fast fashion sale for earth day. They have these large bins of fast fashion clothing, and each piece is either $5 or $3. Dear all, When I joined this sub I really expected to see discussion about how to clothe yourself ethically. While I understand that ethical brands are a step-up from fast fashion, ethical fashion, in my view, mostly means not producing any new raw materials. I keep seeing posts about ethical brands and ethical dupes. This is still mainly about consuming new clothes and not about rethinking clothing.
