Each person had a keyboard they could attach to their arm and type out a message and send it to the other person. They both had headpieces and a lens the went over the eye and you could read the message against a red background. Does that sound familiar to anyone? If so, what was it called? submitted by /u/ReturnOfTheMak1227 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hi, I need help remembering a certain toy from about the early-mid 2000. It was a small electronically baby, it would fit in the palm of your hand. It would cry and you got a small baby bottle with it to calm it down. And if I remember it correctly the eyes would close when you fed it. Thank y’all in advance ?? submitted by /u/melvinspelvisfemur [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hey all, I’ve been going crazy trying to find an image of this toy I played with ALL THE TIME as a kid. So this was circa 2000-2003. It was a castle set and one of the towers had a screen on it, it was a primitive screen kinda like one on a calculator. One of the games was one of those make-a-path games where you have to clear blocks to move a knight through a room. There were different characters, each with an electronic base where if you put it on an area something to do with the character would come up on the screen. Honestly was a pretty high tech toy for the time. I kind of remember it b ..read more

Started collecting action figures a few months ago. Focusing on nostalgia from the 80s… got this guy today. Super excited—other characters ordered. Too bad they didn’t do the warriors or any of the vehicles. submitted by /u/Fit_Dad_74 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Please help internet. When I was younger I vividly remember a set of animals I had which I’d buy from ‘Woolworths’ it would be a set of maybe 8 of the same animal. Lets say a horse, one sitting, one on its back, one lying down, one on its back legs, one standing up etc each set would have the same pose but a different animal. Around 2cm tall, can anyone remember these? submitted by /u/Hazzaxx3 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Any Idea Why Optimus Prime Doesn't Work?

So I have an Optimus Prime Armada toy, that the top button (the Autobot symbol) and the side button (for the hand) don't work. When the trailer switch is on, and Optimus goes through his transformation to robot and truck, the trailer receives the signal and does the auto transformation. Attached in this post are a few pics when I opened it up and looked at the electronics the best I could. The red wire not attached in the hand I have since soldered back on, however still does not work. Does anyone here see anything else off on why he's not working (and yes I have tried swapping new batter ..read more
