Receiving error, "451 4.7.5 Temporary error evaluating DMARC policy" from some recipients...

We have SPF and DKIM setup but DMARC is setup with "v=DMARC1; p=none;" so I'm not sure why we're receiving this bounceback. At first I thought it was an issue with a single recipient but I just saw it from somebody using a different domain so I don't know what's going on. I'm no longer a sys admin (an entrepreneur these days) but you guys and gals were a huge help for me earlier in my career so I'm hoping you can help me out with this. Our email is hosted on Google for Business and no DNS changes have been made at any point recently. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/DigitalMaverick [visit ..read more

Which password vault are you using?

So my org is currently looking for new tools to store our passwords, keys and secrets, and I was wondering what you guys on here are using for your teams/orgs? My team is 15 people who need to store passwords for a few hundred systems and user accounts, and so far we've relied on KeePass. As this solution doesn't hold water to modern security standards, we need to find something new. It should be a solution that supports multiple users and has a tracking system for seeing who are accessing which passwords/secrets, but ideally we don't want to go the full PAM route as it's a nightmare to manag ..read more

Have a 2012 R2 Server that is currently our CA. Updated it from SHA1 to SHA256 but noticed the public key is RSA 1024. Any ideas how to update that to at least 2048? submitted by /u/MajnoonIT [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

So I work for a mid sized company that is very behind on the times. I was brought in to replace the old IT Manager and was somewhat mislead on what the responsibilities would be. C suite doesnt have the understanding of what modern IT looks like and I definitely dont have a team. Im trying to find a way to help them understand the intricacies and responsibilities and what is feasible with a limited team. My end goal is to give them an idea of is actually needed and the type of time commitment it takes to manage a lot of these systems. Windows Server Virtual Environment (all out of spec licen ..read more

Microsoft Volume License menu in M365 Admin Center missing?

Admin Center > Billing > Your products There should be a menu option toward the top for Volume Licensing. I've used it many times. Documentation references it. Today, it's missing. The only header options are Products and Benefits. No "MPSA products". No "Volume licensing". I need an .iso and there's no other place to get it. The old VLSC site has been fully retired. Asking if anyone else is seeing this issue. submitted by /u/Rule1SpezGetsPaid [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
