Pre Check ✔️ Wait times Vs Regular Security.

I work nights at DIA. I always see the TSA pre check line start forming at about 3:30 maybe a few minutes earlier. Pre Check doesn't open until 4. Meaning the very first person in line waits a minimum of 30 minutes to pass security. The south check point is open 24 hours and at these times the wait is fairly short. Maybe 15 minutes. So, my question is. Is Pre Check just that awesome that you wait longer for that service or is it a way of life? submitted by /u/casabonita420 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

What are some of the best staffing/temp agencies in Denver for warehouse type work?

My fiancé and I are moving back to Denver area beginning of July. I know he’s feeling anxious about leaving his job and having to find a new one so I think signing up with some quality staffing/temp agencies could help him find a good job quicker. That’s often been my experience with staffing agencies, but I do office work. I recognize that the experience may not be the same for the type of work he has a background in. Right now he works in shipping and is the shift supervisor for a company that makes pest control products. He used to be in QC for the company. Any ideas are appreciated!!! su ..read more

Be safe out there y'all - saw the craziest drunk(?) driving incident I've ever seen.

I was heading southbound on Broadway approaching I-25 when all of a sudden, a small SUV came barreling towards Broadway on Ohio (near the northbound ramp), hit the median in the middle of Broadway fast enough to catch air, land, turn, run 2 red lights and turn to get back on the highway southbound. Wish I had a dash cam for this one. This was far from the first drunk driver I saw tonight. If you're driving tonight, be careful! submitted by /u/No_Finding3671 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

How to open a police report? What's up with Denver Police?

On Saturday A Driver hit my car on 25N. He drove away. I only have my dash camera recording. Hit and Run. I call the police. They send me a link and ask me to fill out a form online. On Tuesday they send me a No Reply Email. They tell me the case is closed and they will not open a police report. It says I filled out the wrong form and I need to fill out a different form. They send me another link. But this link requires me to select the type of crime. Hit and Run is not an option. I call the police again. They do not return my calls. So .... How do I do it? I have a recording of a hit-and-run ..read more

PRRS Parking Fines Question
Denver | Reddit

Have seen some posts here and in other subs about these guys, so apologies for the repeat post. I parked in a downtown lot about two weeks ago, and the machine for paying timed out and went unresponsive after I gave my plate number and credit card. I stupidly assumed it was paid and walked off. Fast forward to now, I have an $87 penalty fine from Parking Revenue Recovery Services (who I understand from my research to be some grade A scumbags) for failure to pay my 3hrs of parking. I’m not super interested in paying. I’ve read others’ posts and some seem to have had success fighting it with a ..read more
