FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – Someone spray painted the mural on the south wall of Bernie’s Wines & Liquors on South University Drive over the weekend. GRIGGS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — Two people face charges after a rollover crash in Griggs County, one mile south of Hannaford, North Dakota. Highway Patrol says 44-year-old Jesse Pierce of Napoleon drove off of Highway 1 around 1 a.m. The pickup overturned and landed on the passenger side. Pierce and his passenger, 54-year-old Tasha Courtade of Napoleon, were taken to Cooperstown to be treated for minor injuries. Pierce was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test while Courtade faces charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The crash remains under investigation.
