We absolutely need a QB even if we want to run Stidham this year. I think the logical thing to do would be to trade down the pick. Obviously the draft is not a solidified thing so I thought it made sense to draw up a plan of our logic heading into the draft at each potential pick. So here’s my thought process:
12- Trade down if we can get a trade partner in 20-35 range, use earliest pick to get leftover of Nix or Penix OR get Nix right at 12 if we cannot find a trade partner.

A week ago I heard from a source who said he’d seen the Broncos’ new set. He described it like so:
Broncos design is pretty tame, not at all what was talked about. The sleeve has more of a zigzag than a mountain range. There are not topographic lines on the numbers, but small triangles instead. I know that sounds weird, but thats what it is. No side panels, but three small triangles on each side. I’m sure there is a Nike story for them. Just tuned into this video in the first couple seconds you can see Paton turn to daddy Payton for an answer at #12. This isn’t the 1st clip like this either. Do y’all think Payton might groom him into a better GM?
For all my Payton believers at least he obviously seems to be looking up to him.
