Vasser Sullivan Racing took the checkered flag Saturday securing the GTD-Pro class win at the 2024 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. Jack Hawksworth, Kyle Kirkwood and Ben Barnicoat shared the No. 14 Lexus RF F GT3 and claimed the class win after Hawksworth made a move, complete with bumping and banging, on the No. 62 Risi Competizione Ferrari 296 GT3 of Daniel Serra to claim the win.

Louis Delatraz made a daring late race pass on Chip Ganassi Racing driver Sebastien Bourdais to claim the 72nd running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. The win is the first win for the expanded Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti squad since 2022 and the first Twelve Hours of Sebring for Acura.

Pipo Dirani, driving the No. 31 Action Express Racing Cadillac V-Series.R, has taken the pole for Saturday's IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring. The pole secured a front row lock out for Cadillac, after the No. 01 Chip Ganassi Racing Cadillac driven by Sebastien Bourdais qualified in second.

The 2024 season kicked off at a damp Donington Park for the official Media Day.
A wet morning greeted the runners and riders for the 2024 British GT Championship with the majority of the 36 and 72 drivers cars present.
The GT3 class has 19 entries spread across both Pro-Am and Silver-Am, with 7 crews in the latter category a record for the Championship.
In GT4 the Pro-Am class has is now the most popular with 10 entries and Silver has 7 crews, a switch from previuos years.

Porsche managed to occupy all three podium steps at the inaugural round of the 2024 WEC season in Qatar. The #6 Penske 963 in the hands of Andre Lotterer, Kevin Estre and the oldest of the two Vanthoor brothers, Laurens, finished little over 30 seconds ahead of the #12 JOTA Porsche of Will Stevens, Norman Nato and Calum Ilott. The winter pause is over, the Prologue is behind us; time to look forward to this weekends' 1812km of Qatar. Who were the eye-catchers of the two test days and which cars are likely to battle for victory Saturday?
First to mention in this respect is of course the Porsche 963. In all four sessions a 963 topped the list, with Fred Makowiecki lapping fastest in session 3 and 4, putting a 1:40:404 on the board. For reference: Max Verstappen's pole time in the 2023 F1 Grand Prix was 1:23:778. On Monday, JOTA topped the charts in both sessions.

After numerous attempts, Risi Competizione Ferrari claimed victory in the GTD-Pro class at the 62nd running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. No. 62 Risi Competizione Ferrari 296 GT3 was driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, Daniel Serra and Davide Rigon. Risi scored the win after a near flawless performance during the twice around the clock classic, with its nearest competitor finishing 34 seconds back.

The Era Motorsport No. 18 Oreca 07 Gibson of Dwight Merriman, Ryan Dalziel, Connor Zilisch and Christian Rasmussen has claimed the LMP2 class win at the 62nd IMSA Rolex 24 at Dayonta. Rasmussen controlled the race during the final stages, holding off the No. 04 Crowdstrike Racing by APR Oreca of Malthe Jakobsen. Porsche Penske Motorsport has won the 62nd running of the IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona, following a close battle with the Action Express Racing No. 31 Cadillac. Felipe Nasr, following the final round of pit stops, grabbed the lead and held off a charging Tom Blomqvist with under 45 minutes remaining to take the win for Porsche and Penske. Nasr shares the win with Dane Cameron, Matt Campbell and reigning Indianapolis 500 winner Josef Newgarden. The win marks the first overall Rolex 24 victory for all four drivers.
