For me, online exercise classes are essential fitness motivation. If I’ve got classes in the calendar and I’ve paid for them, I’m definitely going to attend! I love exercise videos on Youtube but there’s something nice about being part of a live class too — maybe it’s having someone watching so you don’t skip the hard bits, ha!
