Currently looking for land and frustrated seeing many places don’t allow permanent residence in THOW, unless there’s already an existing home on the lot. (If I could afford a home I’d just buy one). So! I'm in Philly, and am considering going tiny house here. Ultimately I'm doing it for cost, minimalism, and speed. I would like an option that takes me a year or two to pay off, not a decade, like a classic mortgage. So far I have been considering these ideas, but have no idea if they are realistic. I live in Tucson az and would like to build a tiny home here. I’m thinking somewhere around the tune of 450sqft, with electricity plumbing, all the works. Im 22 years old and looking for something two story where I can put the bed upstairs. I know jack about building, plumbing, all that stuff. Is it feasible to learn how to do all this on my own?
