A littlr background: I moved back to my parent's place for about a year now, and our neighbor own two massive Rottweilers. Now, the dogs themselves aren't the problem. It's their owner's total disregard for picking up after her dog shit. Despite this mess going on for 5 years, neither the city nor the county seem to give a shit.
