NEW DELHI: Malaysia’s palm oil exports to India will continue to rise in line with India’s middle-class consumer growth, Plantation and Commodities Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani says. SHANGHAI (July 9): An updated set of the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) certification standards will be implemented in 2025, said MSPO chief executive officer Mohd Shahari Idris. “We expect the updated standards or Version 2 of MSPO to be fully implemented in 2025. KUALA LUMPUR (July 9): Crude palm oil (CPO) prices are expected to trade within the range of RM3,800 per tonne to RM4,200 per tonne in the second half of 2024 (2H2024), Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) chief executive officer Belvinder Kaur Sron said, with production conditions remaining the main factor influencing prices.
