I've been teaching elementary PE for 10 years now and I'm considering a switch to High School. I've already got my master's degree, professional cert, and all the requirements for it. I'm wondering if anyone who's made the switch could give me some insight on how it went, what to expect, and best practices for older students? Thanks!

Hi, so I have a demo lesson at a high school next week. It's a class of 29 9th graders. They are allowing me to choose the lesson topic. Any ideas/tips?

Ideas for indoor disc golf lesson for 5th grade. There are 25 students and I only have half the gym, I also don’t have actual disc golf nets.

Developmental Adaptive Physical Education certification— my husband is about to graduate in NJ with a Health and Physical Education 4 yr bachelors degree. We know from what people say that is it not easy to get a job in this field. Should he consider getting this certification? For some background, he also has a lot of experience in personal training and worked as a physical therapy aid.
