Hi - I’ve been renting from the same leasing office in Tampa Florida for over 2 years now. It’s a small property management company with a few properties around south tampa. I moved into my first apartment with them in 2022 and paid a security deposit as a cashiers check (that’s what I was asked to do). I recently read a report and saw photos of strange, bright, underwater lights appearing off the coast of Florida. Apparently it has been happening for years. I immediately thought of a theory that these are illuminated drug drops from the Cartels, and someone is supposed to come find it and send down a diver or something. Has anyone involved in Florida Law Enforcement or Coast Guard etc ever heard of such a thing?
