We have eight runners on Wednesday with seven travelling North to Sedgefield and one going South to Market Rasen. We kick off in the 1.25.pm at Sedgefield double handed with Ex S Elance (Alain Cawley) and The VeryThing (Billy Garritty) Ex S Elance came right back to form last time finishing a very respectable second at Wetherby,a repeat of that will see him in the mix tomorrow, but this is a tougher looking race.We also run The Very Thing who is having his third run since joining us from Olly Murphy, he is a well handicapped horse, so if we can get him back to his very best there should be som ..read more

A good day at the races for the team yesterday, Kicking off with Valgor Du Ronceray finishing an a creditable 2nd place at Hexham for the Grey daze in Yorkshire racing club under Billy Garritty Becky The Thatcher taking the winners spot again at Pontefract under Franny Norton Finishing the day off first time out for Cockney Beau and the Cheerleader Racing Club sponsored by Harrogate Spring Water ran a great race finishing second under Becky Smith. We kick the evening of racing off at Thirsk with our contender FRANKSTER in the 6.20pm under PJ Macdonald for owners Simon and Julia Cobb. Frankster is now 3lb lower in the handicap, we are hoping all can come together for him this evening. A very good evening for the team. Firstly Roxyfet winning at a nice price under Colm Mc’cormack, Alain Cawley rode Black Kettle closer to singing with his good 2nd to Roxyfet, which was soon followed by Emma winning the last race on Its All About Me. However racing really does show its highs and lows, one race you are stood at the winners post the next assisting the vet, unfortunately we very sadly had to say goodbye to Eager to Know yesterday after he sustained an injury in the race.
