Saturday was an exciting night in Bordeaux, France for muaythai fans as “The Ultimate Muay Thai Championship” sanctioned by the FFKMDA and the WMC took place. The event went above and beyond with some of France’s crème de la crème fighters taking part in the gala with one European title defense as part of the main event. The current champion, the Italian Valério GHIONNA (Colonnese team) locked horns with the French challenger Juliano ANAGO (Younus Boxing Club Bordeaux team). Saturday the 17th of February will welcome the return of the Tolga Memorial Show organised by Duran Gym in the Tivoli Sports Hall in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. What an evening it was at the Road to Rajadamnern event at the prestigious Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok last night. As usual, the fights were of the highest calibre with some of Thailand’s best alongside elite international fighters. There were two WMC titles on the event. Bryony Soden scooped a victory on Saturday finishing first place in the Super 4 tournament at the Infliction 10th anniversary event in Queensland. Bryony recently won gold at the IFMA World Combat Games in Saudi Arabia so is no stranger to fighting multiple times in a short period. The first leg of the tournament saw Bryony defeat Nong Bee (PTJ Muay Thai) via a unanimous point decision in an exciting match-up. WMC India was proud to host on the 1st & 2nd December, a collaboration with Supremacy India as they conducted the Supremacy fight, WMC Ranking Series 13. The event ran across 2 days hosting teams from across India with professional fights starting on the 2nd at 6pm.
