I was thinking recently that I often give you these words of encouragement from the Lord, thinking they’re just for you, but then, it turns out they are for me as well. As I was praying about what to share with you, I got the word “regret.” The Lord showed me that many of us, myself included, have regrets that we often loop back to, like “Oh, if only I’d been a better parent,” or “Oh, if only I’d done better with my funds.” We get stuck on the “if onlies.” And this is what the Lord says to us: “I’m going to wipe away those former things.
