So i'm not big into Crypto but have found LTC to be handy in the past.
I have a coinomi wallet and that used to let me buy vouchers for Amazon and others through Bidali, but for reasons unknown to me, they are not accepting LTC now.
I could have converted it to BTC but the Coinomi exchange will only allow the transaction for more or less double what i have at present.
Have never converted LTC to Fiat, wouldn't know where to start and for the amount i hold, not really worth it.
So i've seen the usual comments "hold it for 10x in years to come" or "buy more".
Sure, could do those things but m ..read more

Hi! So I'm a newbie to crypto and LTC in general, but I needed to use LTC to pay for something, so I just used the official litewallet app as I just needed a soft/hot wallet for very small amounts (less than 10 USD) to sit in temporarily. I'll continue to need to use LTC for very small amounts in the future.
After doing my research, I've found out that my address created by the app uses the P2PKH format, which was before the segwit soft-fork (among other less-important soft-forks) and is considered 'legacy'.
One source indicated that this means slower confirm times and potentially higher fees ..read more

Just to add I don’t exactly need the money

I'm currently holding AVAX & SOL for long term but recently i have been thinking about buying ltc. On one hand i think that it's a good coin because of the low market cap and it having potential in reaching around 400-500 at the end of the bull run, but on the other hand knowing that ltc is an ancient project and is mainly used as a currency. Any advice ?

I find myself refreshing the price a disturbing amount of times throughout the work day and even in my free time. I’m in it for the relative long term, and would not sell if it were to shoot 50% in either direction…any tips on keeping your eyes off of price?

So here’s my situation. I’m a 19 year old college student. I’m not broke but I’m also not able to pay for college myself lmao. I have over $5000 in total from my checkings and savings account + another 2000 in cash at home. Most of this is untouched really. I was thinking of maybe buying $2000 in crypto. Would that be worth it? And idk if I should do it all in LTC or maybe some in BTC or other crypto? It would suck losing $2000 but it would be very very nice tripling that or whatever. Plus this summer I will be working and making a lot more money… I would like opinions from those more experie ..read more
