I have been taking care of my dry eye issues for the past 2 years. I became aware of it prior to a vacation, as I noticed my eyes were blazing red. Since, then I have employed lubricant eyedrops (perseverative free), and the occasional warm/cold compress. Which have done wonders. I’ve had an on again off again (though mostly constant) eye twitch in my right eye for almost 4 weeks. The only times it stops are when I sweat intensively ie sauna, workouts, or if I dramatically reduce my screen time to like zero. Not realistic considering I work in digital.
