What you need: 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1/4 cup rice malt syrup 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 4 tbsp cacao powder Pinch of salt Shredded coconut to top What to do: Mix together the above ingredients, if the mixture it too dry add in some more coconut oil (except for shredded coconut). Pour into a lined baking dish, use a spatula to spread out the mixture Sprinkle with coconut and place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours Cut and enjoy!
