ATHENS, Ga. — Georgia’s Caterina Don was named the SEC’s co-Golfer of the Week on Wednesday by the league office in Birmingham, Alabama. Don, a fifth-year senior, finished fifth at last weekend’s FSU Match Up by shooting 6-under 210. She carded rounds of 72-69-69 en route to equaling the ninth-best tournament score in program history. BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Following his best collegiate result with a t-6th finish at the Linger Longer Inviational, Camden Smith has been named the SEC Freshman of the Week, the league office announced on Wednesday afternoon. EATONTON, Ga. – Christo Lamprecht fired a 5-under-par 67 Tuesday for his best round of the tournament, while 14th-ranked Georgia Tech posted a 2-under-par team score of 286 in the final round and finished in fourth place at the Linger Longer Invitational. ATHENS, Ga. —  The Georgia men’s golf team earned its second top-three finish of the season with a 26-under-par, 838 result at the Linger Longer Invitational, with four Bulldogs finishing in the top 10 individually, the most of any team in the field.
