It’s salad month, and we are continuing with a new spin on a Cobb Salad! You may have already seen my Strawberry Cobb, and it’s so delicious that I knew I needed to make a Whole30 version too! It’s great for easy and light Spring eating.
How to Make a Whole30 Strawberry Cobb Salad
For a Whole30 Strawberry Cobb Salad, start by making your eggs and bacon. I love a Jammy Egg for a cobb salad, but you can make them to your liking. For your bacon, there is nothing better than oven bacon!
As for the main protein, we used my Everyday Roasted Chicken Breasts, but you can change this up based on what y ..read more

I thought it was time I spill the beans on my favorite secret ingredient. (And no, it’s not beans!) If you’ve been following for a while, you might already have a good guess at what the answer is. It’s a flavor packed, nutrient dense, versatile ingredient that can enhance any dish, sweet or savory. Say it with me: California Prunes!
Why I Love this Secret Ingredient
California prunes are packed with antioxidants, and they great for bone health, gut health, and your immune system! Most of all, they have an incredible flavor that elevates any dish you add it to. We’ve used prunes in about a doze ..read more

It’s sandwich week, and we are kicking it off with this Whole30 Lettuce Wrap! I’ve long wanted to master a beautiful and delicious lettuce wrap, and we’ve finally done it! This wrap is so simple to whip together, and although the wrapping takes some practice, I know you can do it. If I can do it, you can too!
What Goes Into Your Whole30 Lettuce Wrap
A lettuce wrap needs to start with a good lettuce for rolling. We used big pieces of iceberg that we overlapped so we could roll it up more easily. Try to keep the pieces big and avoid tears for the best results. Start by setting up your lettuce on ..read more

In the new year, I have really been enjoying simple fish preparations. They can be so easy, quick, and delicious. I think people get intimidated by fish because they are worried about messing it up, but if you keep it simple, you can have deliciously easy fish dishes in no time.
Below, you’ll find easy preparations for Salmon, Perch, Cod, and White Fish!
How to Prepare Fish: Salmon
For our simple salmon preparation, we sautéed it on the stove top in an easy marinade. First and foremost, make sure your salmon is patted dry. This seems like a skippable step, but trust me, it makes all the diffe ..read more

We developed a taco bowl last fall that was so simple and delicious and I absolutely fell in love with it. Once January rolled around and my Whole30 began, I knew I needed to make a Whole30 Taco Bowl!
What I love about a taco bowl is how easy it is to make and how great it is for meal prep. You can have all your ingredients ready to go, then assemble when you want to eat! I also love how it allows you to mix it up with some different toppings to keep it feeling different each day. Because I don’t know about you, but I like to mix it up for my meals on Whole30.

What Goes Into a Whole30 Steak Cobb Salad
Of course, we are starting with some fantastic steak for our Whole30 Steak Cobb. For me, there is nothing better than Porter Road. As we get near the holidays, I am all about keeping my day to day pretty simple. I’ve fallen in love with Porter Road’s Flat Iron and I have been using it for everything. We already made our delicious steak sandwiches with the beef, but I was so excited to find other ways to use it. This simple weeknight beef stir fry is so quick and easy but totally delicious.
Why I use Flat Iron
I had no idea that flat iron was the second most tender cut of beef after filet mignon! When I found out, I was blown away. It’s such an affordable cut, and that’s why it’s so perfect for some quick weeknight cookin ..read more
