I have made these burgers quite a few times now and they never disappoint! I lady on my Facebook group posted them a while back and that is where the inspiration came from! I have been making this granola for years, A recipe I got from Pinterest and changed bits and pieces to make it more WW friendly.  It’s delicious and no baking required, so it takes no time at all!  What you will need: 2 Cups Rolled Oats 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut 2 tsp Cinnamon 2tbs SF Maple Syrup (Or regular Maple Syrup, but points will change) Place Oats in a non stick pan and stir until lightly toasted, once done, add nuts and toast. I have been seeing this around lately (pre made) and thought I would try making it my self! It’s delicious and certainly a great dip for fruit and even pretzels!  Chocolate Hummus Serves 4 @ 1SP (about 1/3 cup) In a good processor I mixed in,  1 tin of drained chick peas 4 tbs Cocoa Powder 2 tbs SF Maple Syrup 2 tsp Vanilla Essences 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbs water.  Blend until smooth.                           I love Overnight oats! I have a few favorites but this flavor would have to be at the top! Chocolate and Coconut Overnight Oats Serves 3 @ 6SP 1 cup of Rolled Oats 1 cup of Skim Milk 170 gm of any zero smart point yogurt 2 tsp of Nutella 2tsp cocoa 2 tbs of desiccated coconut Mix everything together and soak over night. I made these delicious little cakes and I can tell you now, you need to make them too! So yummy and freeze well! Raspberry and Passionfruit Mini Loaves Serves 10 @ 3SP each 2 Bananas Mashed 1tbs Canola Oil  1tbs SF Maple Syrup  1 1/2 Cups SR Flour 1/2 Cup Oats  1 Cup Frozen Raspberries  1tsp Vanilla Essence  2 Passionfruits  2 Eggs . Mix all dry ingredients together and then add wet ingredients. Mix all together (if your mix is too dry add a little water) then add raspberries and gentle mix. I used the 2 ingredient dough to create this yummy Apple and Cinnamon scrolls. They make a great breakfast or afternoon tea. I personally love them fresh out of the oven! Apple Cinnamon Scrolls Serves 6 @ 2SP each 3/4 cup SR flour  3/4 cup zero smart point yogurt Mix these two together to make a dough and kneed for a little bit. Then I rolled out the dough and sprinkled with cinnamon and apple (tinned Apple Pie Apple)  Roll up and cut into 6 pieces and bake for 12-15 mins on 180!  Served with 0SP yogurt or custard for extra points!  Enjoy x ..read more

Today I made this absolutely delicious coconut chicken in my Philips Air Fryer. It was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside! Here is how I made it: Coconut Chicken Serves 4 @ 6SP each 500gm of chicken tenders (or chicken breasts cut in nuggets) 1/2 cup Corn Flour 1 tbs Cajun Spice 2 Eggs - Beaten 3/4 cup Shredded Coconut Salt and Pepper.
