I've been following this team for about 35 years, and there were times when losing a starting goalie would be a time to panic. But I don't feel it this time?
- I have full confidence in DeSmith as a backup;
- Like Ian Cole said, "we have the best D-core in the league" and I believe him;
- This is a huge motivator for those players that didn't have the best game 1;
- Toch has seen everything both as a player and a coach so he'll make the necessary adjustments; and
- I thought it was clear in game 1 that Vancouver is the better team.
I don't see it as time to panic?
