The journey to vacation rentals will look different for everyone. In today's episode, Kirby Kirby Atwell talks about how he went from flipping properties to long-term tenants and now short-term rentals.
Kirby is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. He served 6 years as an army officer and in 2011, he started rehabbing homes with two friends and they rehab over 70 homes in four years. Amazing right?

Today. I'm going to talk about “Building an Airbnb Team.”
Yes, I spoke about the importance of your team on Episode 33 How to Build and Keep a Team for your Airbnb but in today’s episode, I’m going to go deeper.
The team when you’re buying your property or renting to the team that runs your str. Because as much as we want to believe we can do it all, I’m sorry to tell you you can't. We can’t build a successful short-term rental without a team.
As you know I just launched my first cabin in Georgia and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team that’s over there. Making sure ..read more

Dear host, I’ve been looking back at 2020 as well as the first half of 2021. We all dealt with the obstacles 2020 handed us, and some of us are still struggling with difficult situations now in 2021. Today’s episode is Surrender While Taking Action, you might think it’s a contradiction, or what does that have to do with short-term rentals.
I’ve talked a lot about the sale of Eveland 1.0, my original Airbnb, and I’ve also shared openly about the cancer diagnosis I received earlier this year. In both of those situations, I’ve faced so many things that were simply out of my control ..read more
