As younger millennials and really Gen Z become more senior and move into management, do you predict there'll be fewer meetings on average? I was thinking about it, and my hypothesis is that older generations determined their self-worth much more via their career. Consequently, they use every opportunity to leverage career for their personal satisfaction.
