A festival, celebrating all things sparkling and fizzy is coming to the Majestic Hotel Harrogate in Yorkshire on Saturday 4th November. The Fizz Festival is the UK’s only wine festival that is dedicated to Champagne and sparkling wine, so obviously we thought of you guys!
Whether you’re crazy for Cava or Prosecco is your poison, the Fizz Festival has something for everyone, with over 100 types of Champagne, Cava, Prosecco and English sparkling wine.

Raise a toast to London’s rich, ginny history with these fizzy treats, made using the lovely Hayman’s Old Tom Gin in September’s Bubble Box.
Hayman’s French 75
45ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
15ml lemon juice
7.5ml sugary syrup
Sparkling wine, to top up
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled flute. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel twist.
