Construction walls have been installed in Pecos Bill, where the Country Bear Jamboree exit is located as work continues on a reimagining of the attraction/show. A lengthy refurbishment has begun at Port Orleans – French Quarter as Disney World refreshes the exterior of the campus-style resort, as well as some guest rooms. Disney World has announced that the World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies will be closed starting July 1st. Here’s the announcement: From July 1 through July 31, 2024, the World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will undergo a refurbishment. During this time, guests may utilize the My Disney Experience app to order food and drinks with their mobile device. Signs featuring a QR code in the lobby and near the World Premiere Food Court areas will take guests to the app when scanned. Walt Disney World has added more Annual Passholder “Good-to-Go” dates for next week. The new reservation-free dates are May 13-15. We should be heading into a slower period over the next two weeks or so at Walt Disney World, so we don’t anticipate any dates selling out for Annual Passholders between now and Memorial Day. As a reminder, Good-to-Go Days are days when Annual Passholders will not be required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks. Starting June 10th, the final construction walls in World Celebration are scheduled to come down, and a new limited-time Encanto-themed stage show will debut at EPCOT. ¡Celebración Encanto! will be a sing-along featuring the beloved songs and story of “Encanto”. After nearly three months of construction, a tripping hazard has been remedied in EPCOT’s new World Celebration Gardens. Construction began back in February to shave down some of the themed dirt around the base of themed lighting fixtures in the alcove closest to Connections Cafe & Eatery. As a reminder, here’s what it used to look like – with dirt built up around the base of the lights. And here’s a look at the area today, with low construction walls removed.
