The epoxy seems to have spots in all the natural cavities in the burl. Is it from trapped air during stabilizing?

How big an undertaking is it to hand satin finish a stone washed blade? Luckily its a flat grind.
Womder if its worth the time and effort, or if o should just look for someone wanting to swap out...

Third of 3 front pocket Kwaiken's I've been making. It was actually the second one done but I haven't been able to find it since Friday. Took it to work to show off and i thought i grabbed it when i left in a hurry for a doc appointment. Went to get it from my bag Saturday and it wasn't there. Looked all weekend and figured I left it at work but it's nowhere to be found around here ..... fuck.
Wanted to take better photos but I guess this is how it will be remembered. 6" oal with the mystery burl wood handle material. The wood is dyed and stabilized in a graphite color. It's hard as hell ..read more
