Schrade Uncle Henry Review Mini Pro Hunter PH2N   Carried first time Sep. 10, 2019 (also the date of purchase) I obtained this from a pawn shop for $10.00!!!!    I’ve used this Mini Pro Hunter for a number of tasks and each time it delivers a smooth cut just as you would expect any knife to do.    Ok, this part is personal. I this small fixed blade knife. I now can carry (on my belt) a fixed blade knife that doesn’t hang down to my pocket making it barely visible. Kershaw NATRIX 7008OLBLK Knife Review    Hey, I’m a fan of any knife that all I have to do to sharpen is strop!  I’ve owned this knife for close to a year…just before Christmas 2018. It’s position has been mostly by my side at my desk to cut cardboard and open packages. Today Sep. 10, 2019 I stropped it on a homemade cutting board with leather belt glued to it and razor sharp….AGAIN!!!!   Hard to beat! Sharp knife is life! Over the past 9 years I’ve cleaned and revived a bunch of old pocket, hunting , tactical knives. So I thought I’d share what I recommend for DIY knife polishing.    Here’s my thoughts on what makes the shiniest end result on your knife.   FLITZ METAL POLISH (metal, plastic, and fiberglass) is hands-down the best IMO!  Very, very simple to use. It’s hard to know where to start…….raise the green “10” card for perfection, or the yellow blah “4” card for failure? I will say, the score of a perfect “10” in this knife review comes from the edge.  This knife, after carrying and using for the past few months…..still only needed a strop to hone the edge into razor sharpness!!  Oh, you know I looooooooooooooooooooooove a razor edge!! BUCKSHOT CLEAVER BLADE KNIFE REVIEW Those cleaver blades are purty masculine looking aren’t they? So I decided to review one of the cheap ones….an inexpensive import knife thinking maybe it’s not really all that cheap, kinda like a MORAKNIVE. WRONGO!!! I'm bringing this review, even though it's not a "knife review" because this is a portable grill I'd recommend to any who enjoy outdoor excursions! My first exposure was a couple, at a picnic table, cooking…..yes cooking on top of the picnic table with this v-shape grill.
