 I grew up believing in LEPRACHAUNS and LITTLE PEOPLE YES. I. DID. As I grew older I realized I may have been hoodwinked by one of my father's stories. BUT THEN~ I found this on our property. First I saw this tree. I took it as a sign that the branch that was crosswise was pointing to another tree. And it was! Look what I found at the base of the tree it was pointing at.   This time of year always makes me a bit nostalgic. It makes me long for my youth on the farmlands in Pennsylvania. I remember those I loved that lived there with me and the cool ,crisp mornings I spent in the woods with my father. . There are songs that I find particularly haunting.   She wore flowers in her hair- Yes she did! 49 years of marriage started here- on the riverbank in Alva, Florida.  Some of you will be too young to relate to this post. Some things bring my mind right back  to a certain MOMENT IN TIME. A while ago I spotted something in the store that made me stop and stare. It was THIS! PRELL! My mother washed my hair  with this for years. I had to have some for old times sake!  THANK YOU to all of you that have reached out to me! I guess I owe everyone an update! Hubby has been dealing with a lot of health issues. Serious issues. Issues that keep him in bed for days at a time. He passes out when he stands, sometimes he is so dizzy, even sitting, that he doesn't want to get out of bed. This is not vertigo-nothing like that. His blood pressure plummets at a moment's notice. Sometimes his BP is 60s/30s. It's crazy. The dr's say none of it makes sense.
