Since Sandy's knee surgeries she doesn't travel near as much as before. Also she picks her spots in tournaments because her endurance isn't what it used to be. But she still loves to go to certain events and this weekend she was at her favorite tournament, The Ghost in Myrtle Beach ( formerly know as the Ghost on the Coast ). The combination of the beach, a room full of good friends and relatively close travel has always been appealing.
This year she didn't play 501 Singles, opting for an early return home and still played one too many events but she had some success and a good time as well ..read more
