Meet Ladies Philoptochos Society President Dia Mundle The oldest of three siblings, Dia Mundle grew up in a traditional Greek household in Cupertino, CA. Her family was active at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in San Jose, and that’s where she became involved in the Maids of Athena, GOYA, and Greek Dance – alongside her good friend Vicky Vriheas! As a child, Dia dreamed of becoming a teacher. She attended San Jose State but in her junior year of study, she changed her focus to social work.
