I am a USA citizen Husband lives in Dubai Priority date: July 1, 2023 (When we submitted)
I was reviewing my form I-130 and all the documents that I submitted out of boredom, and under employment history on I-130 the instructions say, "List current employment first," however I listed my employment chronologically from oldest to most recent, so basically the opposite of what they said. Will this delay or affect my application?
Feeling really nervous now. I listed my previous work first and my current employment second.

If your case gets rejected at the lockbox, do you get a text message with receipt number?
Or does the package just get returned with a I-797C?
I received the text message today, payment hasn’t been cashed as of yesterday and the online status says “case received”.
But USPS tells me I’m getting a package delivery from the Chicago area and I’m worried it’s the rejected package.

So I am on the cusp of filing for my change of status as well as my EAD.
I was wondering about timings: around a year ago it seemed like everyone was getting their approval within a few weeks. Around 8 months ago is seemed like people were waiting for 6 months and then some.
I want to know how long some of you were waiting for before your EAD was approved.
Also do you think your country of origin affects the speed of approval?

If anyone had experience that , I applied for my wife back in October 2023 and after waiting for 6 months we decided to file for I-765 because the estimate time jumped from 2 weeks to 3 months then 6 months and she is currently living inside united state , y’all think that’s could delay her case ?

Can I file AOS if I am not current based on FAD but current on DOF? UCICS is not accepting DOF at this time.

Filed late November and got receipts numbers on Dec 4. I quickly got an 864 RFE which was surprisingly so my lawyer resent everything back again. I got my work authorization in March which has been a huge help (I empathized with you those who are yet to).
I haven’t heard anything about the application since. I have submitted lots of unsolicited evidence even though I sent tons initially. I tried expediting the advance parole for my dad’s funeral and heard nothing. I have contacted my congressman about it and still dead silence.
Have you guys seen approvals? I’m worried.
