Over the past few months, Congress and the Administration made significant actions related to opportunity youth funding and policy. Congress Passes Fiscal Year 2024 Appropriations Minibus On March 23, Congress finalized its second fiscal year (FY) 2024 appropriations bill, which included the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies (LHHS) appropriations bill.
