Many moons ago, in a career far away, I learned that successful leaders understand their own limitations, and surround themselves with talented people who can fill in the gaps.   I'm constantly working on my leadership skills, especially when it comes to goal setting for three cats and a dog. Every so often, an animal enters my life at just the right time. I’m not good at this.  Grieving. I’m not good at all.I should be…I’ve had plenty of practice.But I’m not. No matter how many losses I’ve had or how prepared I am, losing a loved one sucks. Not much time to write, but wanted to share some of the lovely stallions I met at Coudelaria Ferraz da Cosa earlier this week.   It was a beautiful facility, close to the Spanish border and founded by Pedro Ferraz da Costa in 1987. Not only were his stallions stunning, but they were super playful and sweet as well.  And his dogs were equally adorable!  Enjoy!!
