I haven’t posted a recipe in a long while because I don’t really use recipes on my diet and my recipes always had more of an element of ‘mad-scientist’ than ‘gourmet’ to them. This follows my tradition: my daughter was shocked at my creation but I’m planning to go shopping today and thought I’d be sure to have the ingredients on hand – so I guess I like it enough to make it again. Let’s start by defining ‘junk food’ for me, on this particular day. Junk food is something that a person in 1880 might not recognize as food.
