The restaurant operators have a wonderful attitude towards their core business: they live and communicate their love of beef and traditions. For the Old Homestead Steakhouse only the meat of the highest category “Prime aged USDA” is eligible for the steaks. The Steakhouse, which was opened in 1868, is still located on the same property!
