I’m really wanting to take my middle school youth kids OUTSIDE of the church walls, but I’m having a really difficult time finding things to do with them. We have youth on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 PM, and I’m wanting to take them out into the actual world to do ministry. Growing up, my youth group would go to nursing homes sometimes to play bingo, but the nursing homes where I live now are always closed after 3 PM, so I can’t do that here. I am currently in the 6th month mark of a youth ministry position. The former youth pastor moved onto an ministry position in the same church .
