I got my information on retainer, do's and dont's and my P&L forms. Retainer plus court fees are about $2500 which I don't have so while I get that money ready, do I just ignore the calls from my creditors requesting me to make a payment? I am having a heck of a time securing a car loan after filing Chapter 13 July 2023. I knew things would be hard but I feel like I am doing something wrong. Hello! Just looking for information from anyone who has been in a similar position. My plan was confirmed 3/9/24. I filed my taxes 4/12/24. Nothing back for federal and state is showing a refund due to me to be deposited by 4/29 per the site. My trustee sent a letter stating that I have to turn over $0 of my tax refund due to me being in 100% repayment. My spouse is AD military. BAH is counted as income from what I’ve been reading. We live in a high COL area and get $4300 a month but we live in military housing and they get all $4300. Will this make a difference for the means test? I work FT but am currently on medical leave for an injury at work, my pay will be through workers comp. Will that make any difference?
