We are delighted to be now serving specialty coffee beans from Sliverskin Coffee Roasters here in Kildare Village. This renowned Dublin coffee roaster was founded by Brian Kenny who has 20 years experience in the coffee industry. He also represented Ireland in the World Cupping Championships in 2006 and is one of the most passionate specialty coffee people working in Ireland. Over the years, he has developed strong links with growers and suppliers and was probably most famous at one point for his iconic Coffee Kiosk in Ballsbridge. These Alchemy-branded ‘keep cups’ represent part of our efforts here in Alchemy to go 100 per cent green. We’re doing away with as much plastic, packaging, straws etc as we can as we move towards a wholly eco-friendly offering.
