Hi everyone,
I have always had some lower back pain in my life, but over the last year it has started to prevent me from playing disc golf. I only feel the pain in the lower right portion of my back when I throw right handed back hand. It's to the point where I feel like I can't play anymore without fear of hurting myself. Has anybody experienced this before? I am hoping to get referred to a physical therapist soon, but I just wanna know there's hope out there still.

Side note, what mold do you think is being ripped off? Or do you think a Temu-affiliated company is actually producing original molds?

Has anyone recieved their jersey from All Star weekend yet? If I recall correctly the expected timeline was end of April. Haven’t seen or heard anything since then.

So, throughout April I felt like my game was improving. I was getting more birdies, throwing better, putting better, etc. However, since May has started, I’ve noticed I’ve been getting worse. I haven’t shot under par once in a single round, I’ve been getting more bogeys than ever, my drives have been off, etc. I don’t know how everything all of a sudden got worse. Anyone experience this? For context I’m not a wonderful player by any means. I’m around 750-800 rated so like MA4 level. Any suggestions? Anyone know what I can do? I’d appreciate any tips and advice. Thanks.

With my great ambition of hitting up 9 courses on a 65km bike ride tomorrow I decided to turn my Innova shoulder bag into a handlebar bag. I am in no means a tailor, so hope this project will hold up to the task. Only bringing five discs as the rest of the space consists of food and other necesities. Wish me luck!
