Nobody can go anywhere so why not read a book? Snickers99Poker is back with another book review. Blackjack Autumn: A True Tale of Life, Death, and Splitting Tens in Winnemucca. Author Barry Meadow, a blackjack card counter, embarks on a 60-day trip with $8,000 in order to play blackjack in every casino in Nevada. A new feature! A book review! @Snickers99Poker read a book on the MGM Grand fire in Las Vegas in 1980. Here’s his thoughts. On November 20, 1980, a massive fire broke out at The MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the largest and most luxurious hotel in Las Vegas at the time. Ultimately, 84 people died due to the fire, many from smoke inhalation and breathing in the toxic fumes of melting plastic. At least one person died from jumping from the building. A Long Day Continues  After a quick stop at the California to check in, change clothes and put the leftovers in the fridge, it was off to Stop #5A and 5B.   A long Day Four for @MJames1229‘s April 2019 Las Vegas trip. So long, it’s in two parts. Part one starts in Henderson for breakfast, a trip to Red Rock, and a meal at Hash House A-Go-Go. A Long Day Begins  A big day of fun (except for Flamingo Time, sigh) started by packing and checking out of the Planet Hollywood, which, come to think of it, wasn’t a lot of fun. After getting back to the room around 3:00 AM, you’d think we’d sleep in a touch. I’d think that too, except, well… Vegas!
