The start of 2019 has seen big developments for EC Outsourcing. In the first four months of 2019 we have introduced new workstreams with some major brands – ESB, OVO and Scottish Power, some of which are looking to grow with us, which is amazing news and a testament to the amazing people we employee here at EC. In support of Mental Health Awareness Week last week, we launched our new Employee Assistance Programme in partnership with Health Assured, who are a workplace health and wellness provider. The programme offers our employees, and their families, access to 24-hour support for any issues or problems they may be facing. The service offers free help and support on a wide range of different issues, including family issues, stress & anxiety, alcohol or drug issues, bereavement and more. As we say goodbye to another year, we head into 2019 with excitement and positivity. 2018 was a challenging, yet great year for us, seeing the introduction of new clients and some fabulous new faces to the EC team.
